Whether you are a Travel Buyer, Hotel or TMC, payment friction is a headache you can do without.

We understand many of the challenges, be they payment types not accepted, late invoicing, travellers requested to pay despite pre-payment, or the various manual processes taking up time.  The solutions however, are less understood.

Last year, ABTA addressed Guesthouse payments. This year we are focusing specifically on Hotels and the payment challenges that still exist between accommodation suppliers, their clients and the TMC’s that service them.

This webinar will dive into current areas of friction identified by our Hotel Payments Survey, and will call on top industry minds across the relevant sectors to share solutions to these challenges.
