This ABTA Buyers Breakfast will look at some little known ‘behind the scenes’ workings within the Card space – specifically around payments workflow and acceptance issues, the Airline space – specifically around revenue management and overbooking, and lastly the hotel space – specifically around cancellations, and yield management.
Delegates attending this event will deepen their knowledge of the travel industry from behind the scenes in some of their key suppliers, and will be able to answer some of the tough questions from their travellers, that previously seemed unanswerable.
