This sessions will look at a variety of industry research projects and initiatives, addressing the different reasons for traveller non-compliance, addressing behavior, company culture, difficult processes and more.

This session will see delegates sharing their main challenges and instances where travellers are not complying to company travel policy, specific to their company’s travel programme.Industry suppliers and experts will also get to share their experiences and how lack of traveller compliance impacts them from a supplier perspective.

This final session will present a case study where a company implemented specific tools and tactics to drastically improve their compliance levels.
