ABTA’s Corporate Travel Industry Forums bring together the leading Travel Buyers, TMC’s and Travel Suppliers to discuss key trends, challenges and opportunities affecting their region, and addressing how these trends are impacting the global Travel Industry as a whole.

This ABTA Corporate Travel Forum will look at practical strategies for increasing traveller compliance, addressing the main reasons for compliance issues, overcoming these challenges with a variety of different approaches, and ultimately ensuring that travellers are supporting the travel programme, thus maximising savings opportunities.

09.30 – 10.00 | Setting the Scene: Traveller non-compliance – Why is it happening? This sessions will look at a variety of industry research projects and initiatives, addressing the different reasons for traveller non-compliance, addressing behavior, company culture, difficult processes and more. |

This session will see delegates sharing their main challenges and instances where travellers are not complying to company travel policy, specific to their company’s travel programme.Industry suppliers and experts will also get to share their experiences and how lack of traveller compliance impacts them from a supplier perspective. |

From the use of data to articulate the problem, through to management motivation and support, tools for ensuring compliance, and the on-going education of travellers, this session will provide an A-Z ‘how to’ checklist. |

Step 2: Click ‘Proceed to Registration/Payment’ in the green block at the top to go to your basket. Check your basket items are correct.
