With Travel Clients not truly understanding the value of their TMC partners, coupled with TMC’s giving clients payment terms that threaten their cash-flow, the time has come for the region’s TMC’s to start earning what they are worth.
This event will set the scene, addressing the current landscape and challenges that TMC’s face; and will then address best practice TMC business models in other countries and how these were achieved; moving on to identifying where the gaps in local reality versus future profitability lie, and how to shift clients to a more tenable and profitable business model.
