For many years, the corporate travel industry has grown accustomed to some fairly unhealthy business practices – particularly when it comes to credit terms required by clients on their TMC and Travel Agency accounts.
With the current Covid-19 pandemic, the importance of having healthy business practices and a healthy cash flow has never been more critical, and TMC’s and Corporate Travel Suppliers across the board are questioning their current, often outdated remuneration structures.
This session, hosted by ABTA in partnership with KATA will see a panel of experts discussing what options are available for TMC’s and Travel Agents in Kenya to revamp their income structures, what global companies are doing, and how to communicate these changes effectively with clients.
Panel Members include:
Agnes Mucuha, CEO – KATA Kenya
Edmond Obundo Okullo, Product Manager: Payments & Receivables – Citibank N.A Kenya
Jo Lloyd, Partner – Nina & Pinta
Dr Joseph Kithitu, Finance Director – Express Travel Group
Julie Dabaly Scott, Managing Director – CWT Kenya
Louis van Zyl, CEO – Carlson Wagonlit Travel South Africa
Mohammed Wanyoike, Group CEO – FCM Travel Solutions & KATA Chairman
Shalini Patel, Team Leader – Uber for Business
Tracy Scott, Managing Director – The Scott Travel Group Ltd
There will also be time built into the webinar for Q&A pertaining to any other immediate challenges delegates are dealing with that they require assistance with.
