For many years, the corporate travel industry has grown accustomed to some fairly unhealthy business practices – particularly when it comes to credit terms required by clients on their TMC and Travel Agency accounts.
With the current Covid-19 pandemic, the importance of having healthy business practices and a healthy cash flow has never been more critical, and TMC’s and Corporate Travel Suppliers across the board are questioning their current, often outdated remuneration structures.
