For some time now, Virtual Payment options have seemed like the perfect payment solution as they solve a range of payment challenges for Corporates.  However, this solution needs the buy in from key suppliers in order to be a viable option, and at this stage, some hotel and car rental suppliers do not accept this form of payment.

The first part of this webinar will see a panel of experts discussing this topic, addressing the reasons behind the slow uptake from some suppliers, how this can be addressed, and what strategies travel buyers  can put in place in order to solve this dilemma.  The second part of the Webinar will see American Express Corporate Payment Solutions providing a Virtual Payments demo for interested Travel Buyers.

Discussion points will include:
– What suppliers are saying about a lack of buy in to virtual cards and what their challenges are
– Which of these challenges can be addressed and solved, and which cannot
– How payment providers can assist clients and suppliers
– What strategies clients can create to ensure their suppliers get on board with virtual cards
