– Are travellers becoming more self sufficient with regards to arranging their travel, and if so, what role does the Travel Manager and TMC then play? What are travellers saying?
– Could Tech solutions soon reduce the need for many ‘human roles’ within the Travel Ecosystem? What then?
– What elements of Corporate travel can stay, and which need to go for good?
– Debating the ‘Google Travel Model’ – will this work in the African landscape?
